Notes from Planning Meeting Jan 29

Jeff and Ryan are pulling all the materials from the Fall

We start Feb 3rd, 2010 Wednesday

Jeff's first year students are going to do a documentary on iTec

what do we do about 40 students?

• some students leave later in the semester
• maybe get access to the "schedule" and call coaches
• use past students as extra mentors when they're really stable with what they're doing and are done with their work
• Sullivan: randomize selection of who stays and goes to get number down

Sullivan: John/Bob Gladstone cognition ideas, kids' learning

Monday and Tuesday will be fixing the computers, making certain the software and hardware is there.
